4. Operational and banking partners
The Tyris platform relies on EU-licensed banking and technical partners for the issuance, processing and acceptance of payments:
E-money issuer: Adyen N.V., licensed by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) as an e-money institution, authorized to operate in France under the European passport regime.
Payment network: Visa Europe Limited.
MoneyTrack status: software publisher and platform operator. MoneyTrack is not the card issuer; that role belongs to Adyen N.V.
5. Trademark and intellectual property
"Tyris" is the trade name of the platform edited by MONEYTRACK. All site elements (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code) are the exclusive property of MONEYTRACK or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of MONEYTRACK, on pain of constituting an infringement offence (Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected via this site is described in the privacy policy.
7. Disputes
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to its interpretation or execution, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
